Algorythms - When You Grow Up

My little boy - will you know what to do when you grow up?
Will you know what clothes to wear,
Will you let them tell you what to do,
And what music to listen to?
My little star - will you know when to shine and when to disappear
Will you know what it`s like to live in fear
Will you fight back - for all the kids who can`t?
Will you be the one to care?
I hope I`ll teach you something good, and give you all that I should
I hope I`ll teach you to be free before you slip away from me
I`ll let you go - when you can stand on your own two feet
